Invitations not arriving?
Check spam first, then resend or hand over the link directly.
Ask the member to check spam/junk for a message from cheers@groupcheers.com. Then, on the campaign page, open the card's Signers & links panel:
- Resend invite sends a fresh invitation on the campaign's medium, or
- Copy link gives you their personal link to hand over any way you like — Slack, text, in person.
Copying or resending replaces the link they were sent before (personal links rotate for safety), so always share the newest one.
