Slack as a campaign channel
Pick "Slack DMs" as the medium — per campaign, not all-or-nothing.
The medium is chosen per campaign, so one campaign can run on Slack while another texts a frontline team. Choose Slack DMs in the wizard's first step (it unlocks once your workspace is connected and your plan includes DMs). The campaign test then DMs you, so you see exactly what members get.
