Creating and publishing a join link
A shareable sign-up page: you choose what it collects and who gets in.
Under Join links, create a link with: an access code (so only people you shared it with can use it), what to collect (phone, birthday and other occasion dates), where joiners land (a team, self-select, or General), and whether they're auto-added or wait for your approval.
Open the link once yourself (the test), then Publish. Share the URL + access code anywhere — or email it to a team straight from the page.
Sign-ups verify their email with a 6-digit code before anything is created — no fake entries.
